Refund & Exchange Policy

Below is our detailed refund and exchange policy for both ebooks and consultations.

1. Ebook Purchases
All purchases of ebooks are considered final. Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed and the ebook has been downloaded.

2. Defective or Inaccessible Ebooks
If you experience any issues with your ebook, such as:

File corruption
Inability to open or access the file
Missing content

Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at bulldozier4@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement file or a solution as necessary.

3. Targeted Content Previews
To help you make an informed decision, we offer previews or sample chapters of our ebooks on our website. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start your running journey, a youth athlete seeking to improve performance, a college runner aiming for a competitive edge, or a bodybuilder wanting to enhance your training, we encourage you to review these samples before making a purchase.

4. Zoom Consultation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Zoom consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Refunds: If you cancel your consultation with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund. If you do not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties during the consultation that prevent you from participating, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

5. Technical Support
