Nike: my advice: aim for more expensive models, Nike’s cheap models will give you cheap results

Nike Invincible 3’s: Great for long runs, and recovery runs
Nike DragonFlys: Great spikes for track races from 10k-1500m
Nike Pegasus 41’s: Great trainer for easy days, very affordable and weight room sessions
Adidas: my advice: a very consistent brand, great for marathon runners
Best shoe recommendations
Adidas Adizero EVO SL: very responsive shoe, good for long tempos/races. Also pretty durable
Adidas Ultrablast series: very good trainers for weight room or easy days, my teammates wore these a lot
Saucony: my advice: gives great speed shoes overall, honestly my favorite brand

Saucony Endorphin Pro 4: Great shoe for track reps and speed days
Saucony Endorphin Speed 2: A throwback, affordable, very responsive shoe, good for tempos
Saucony Endorphin Speed 5: Affordable, flexible, good for track days as well.
ASICS: my advice: gives great colorways and is a great shoe for long runs and easy runs

ASICS Gel Nimbus 27: Great for long runs, very soft, yet responsive shoe
ASICS Novablast 5: Great for long runs and easy days as well. Also, very light on the legs.
ASICS MagicSpeed 4: Good for speed days, race days, long or short tempos. Very explosive shoe

Best shoe recommendations:
New Balance 1080s: very soft, durable, and adaptive shoe. Good for easy days and a mix of speed too
New Balance Rebel v4: very affordable, and durable. Good for light speed days
